On July 7, 2011 at 9:12 p.m., Roselle Park Police responded to 111 Valley Road on a report of juveniles attempting to gain entry. Upon arrival, Patrolman Edward Nortrup observed the basement window on the south side of the residence broken with the window and frame broken in. A door located on the south side was unlocked. Officers checked the residence with negative results. The residence was then secured.
The property owner of 111 Valley Road was contacted and advised of the incident who would secure the residence. The residence of 111 Valley Road is structurally unsafe due to a fire.
