On Monday, October 5th, the Roselle Park Police Department (RPPD) initiated an investigation involving a credit card skimming device that was attached to a Citibank Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) that was located at the 7-Eleven at 500 Locust Street.
The device was discovered by an alert customer who contacted the police. It is unknown at this time how long the device was on the machine or how many victim(s) there are in this case.
To date, there have been seven (7) reports made by Roselle Park residents regarding fraudulent activity related to this incident.
