Councilman Connelly To Run For Council-At-Large

Current Fourth Ward Councilman Michael Connelly has submitted an application to replace James McCrady as the Democratic candidate for Council-At-Large.

Mr. McCrady submitted his withdrawal as the at-large last week and the deadline for a replacement is September 14th.

If Councilman Connelly wins the at-large seat, the Roselle Park Democratic Committee will be able to pick a replacement for the fourth ward. If he is defeated he will remain in his position as fourth ward councilman.

He will be running against former Roselle Park Mayor Joseph DeIorio, who is the Republican at-large candidate.

Election day is November 7th.
