Registration for Roselle Park’s 2016 Community Garden will have three (3) sign-up dates in March. Last year was the borough’s first season of its community garden located at 133 Valley Road.
The Roselle Park Community Garden was based on the suggestion and research of Roselle Park resident Alex Haluszczak who presented the idea to the governing body at a municipal budget workshop in 2013. Mr. Haluszczak’s recommendation to use the vacant land on Valley Road was finally implemented last year by the municipality.
In-person sign-ups for the 2016 season will on a first come-first serve basis. The three (3) registration dates are listed below:
March 4, 2016
March 19, 2016
March 23, 2016
