This coming Saturday, September 15th, the Roselle Park Police Department (RPPD) will have Chestnut Street closed from Grant Avenue to Webster Avenue from 8 a.m. until 6 in the evening. East Clay Avenue from Park Place to Chestnut Street will also be prohibited to vehicular traffic.
The reason for the closure is to provide appropriate safety measures for the Roselle Park Car Show which will be taking place from 11 in the morning until 6 p.m.
During this time, no vehicular traffic will be allowed on Chestnut Street and East Clay Avenue in the perimeter of the road closure.
Residents who live or park in the restricted area are asked to please make arrangements for the day to park on side streets that are not affected by the street closure as there will be no access to move the vehicle.
