On October 24, 2010 at 10:24 p.m., Patrolman Kevin Florczak responded to the 500 block of Faitoute Avenue on a report of criminal mischief. The witness stated that while walking southbound on Faitoute, he noticed that the rear window of a parked vehicle was smashed on a silver Ford. The damage sustained was a broken rear window.
Patrolman Florczak advised the registered owner. Upon further inspection of the vehicle, no object was found inside the vehicle which would cause the damage. The victim stated there was nothing missing from the vehicle.
