On August 8, 2011 at approximately 11:34 a.m., Patrolman Richard Hernandez responded to the 100 block of East Clay Avenue on a report of criminal mischief. The complainant stated their Toyota was damaged with an unknown yellow substance that read ‘Vote 4 Pedro’.
Further investigation revealed an additional vehicle was also vandalized in the same manner but the owner did not wish to file report.
