The Casano Center Food Pantry is in need of donations to keep the community food pantry stocked for those fellow neighbors who could use help putting food on their table.
Those residents and families who are dropping off candy to help out with the annual Bender Avenue Halloween event can also bring in a can or two to donate to the food pantry.
The following items would be appreciated:
- Applesauce
- Canned Beans
- Canned Tuna/Chicken
- Cans of fruit & veggies
- Cereal
- Crackers
- Instant foods
- Jelly
- Mac & Cheese
- Pancake Mix & Syrup
- Pasta/Grains
- Peanut Butter
- Soup
- Spaghetti Sauce
The casano Community Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. and it is located at 314 Chestnut Street. More information can be obtained by contacting Casano Community Center Director Rupen Shah at (908) 245-0666.
