Candidates Attend Breakfast & Answer Questions

Three of the five candidates running for council representatives attended a morning breakfast at the Community United Methodist Church (CUMC) Saturday, October 1, 2011.

Andrew Casais, Carl Hokanson, and Eugene Meola ate breakfast and talked with over a dozen residents then made official statements and took questions from those in attendance.

Frank questions were asked in the informal setting and ranged from drugs to the enforcement of ordinances in place to the issues with businesses. The 90-minute breakfast was a collaboration between the CUMC Men’s Group and the Concerned Citizens Of Roselle Park. The Men’s Group meeting every first Saturday of the month to discuss events and issues. All are welcomed to attend.
