On November 13, 2011 at approximately 9:18 p.m. in the area of East Westfield Avenue and Chestnut Street, Patrolman Robert Sobocinski observed a black Honda Civic with a brake light out in violation of 39:3-66. A check of the license plate revealed the registered owner to have an active warrant in the amount of $131.00 out of Sayreville, NJ.
