There is an artist in everyone. Whether in a gallery or on a refrigerator, the expression of creation has been around ever since hands sketched memories and inspirations on the walls of caves.
The long tradition of creating something from nothing continues every Wednesday in August with “Art In The Park” at Michael Mauri Park.
The Roselle Park Arts Committee (RPAC) will have four events to give residents and visitors an opportunity to actually create art. The events will be from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. and they are:

This coming Wednesday will let residents and their families create portraits on rock and stones.
The 8th will have artists creating beyond the four wall of an artist’s studio.
A drive-in movie will be on the schedule for the 22nd with moviegoers being able to create and design their ‘cars’ which will be made from old packing boxes.
Roselle Park’s Farmers’ Market will also be open on Wednesday which will have food trucks and produce vendors on site.
