Apartment Building On Westfield Avenue Reported Damage To Railing

On August 2, 2011 at 8:56 a.m., Patrolman Alexander Lanza responded to the 100 block of East Westfield Avenue on the report of criminal mischief. The complainant stated that he received a telephone message from a tenant stating that the railing outside of the apartment building was damaged.
