On July 20, 2011 a resident reported she noticed someone damaged her 2011 Chevrolet Malibu.
The victim was unsure of where the vandalism occurred but was parked on Pershing Avenue near East Clay Avenue and on the 200 block of Chestnut Street since she last observed her vehicle undamaged.
The cost to remove the paint is unknown.
