After months of a campaign season of handshakes, lawn signs, palm cards, fundraisers, billboards, fliers, free movies, band reunions, hot dogs, t-shirts, videos, interviews, and speeches, it has come down to 8 p.m. and arithmetic.
Out of the 12 possible outcomes from the seven (7) candidates, the people have elected Joe Accardi for mayor and Tanya Torres for 3rd ward council, while Modesto Miranda was re-elected for a second term as 4th ward council.
