Six (6) former Roselle Park Panthers football players as well as three (3) Park cheerleaders will be taking part in tonight’s Snapple Bowl at Sayreville War Memorial High School in Parlin, NJ.

For over two decades, recently graduated All-Star players from teams in Union County have played against those from Middlesex County. The annual summer game is a charity event where all proceeds go to benefit Children’s Specialized Hospital (link) in Mountainside and The Lakeview School (linkin Edison. The Snapple Bowl has raised over $400,000 for charity since its premiere in 1993. The roster of players from Roselle Park are:

  • Jordan Andre (Defensive Back)
  • Anthony Felipe (Offensive Line)
  • Pete Hilburn (Linebacker)
  • Brian Matthews (Running Back)
  • Marc Signorello (Offensive Line)
  • Bobby Vail (Defensive Back)

Roselle Park cheerleaders who will be participating are:

  • Lindsey Bianco
  • Lauren DiNardo

Tonight, Union County will try to improve their Snapple Bowl record of 8 wins versus Middlesex County’ 12, having just lost by two points last year. Roselle Park’s talent, which helped the Panthers have their second winning season in a row last year, should help Union County.
