For the third year in a row, the Knights of Columbus Msgr. Joseph Loreti Council #3240, in conjunction with the Church of the Assumption, will be hosting a community wide “Trunk or Treat” on Sunday November 2nd.
The event, which is open to all members of the community, will be in the church parking lot. There will DJ music provided by Jose Perez, kids’ games, and many other family friendly activities.
Trunk or treating will take place from 2 p.m. till 4 in the afternoon.
Those participating and decorating their vehicles can arrive to the church parking lot at 1 p.m. to set up their cars and tables with candies and decorations. Members of the Knights of Columbus will be on hand for traffic control and assistance. It should be noted that only decorated vehicles will be allowed in the lot – all others may park on the street.
Monetary donations will be accepted for all cars participating in the “Trunk or Treat” to help the Knights of Columbus continue to provide family based community events in the future.

In the event of inclement weather, a rain date of November 9th is set.
