On November 8, 2011, Sgt. Peter Picarelli responded to the 300 block of Hemlock Street on a report of a vehicle being struck by paint balls. The victim stated that he had parked his vehicle at 10 p.m. on November 7, 2011 and when he went out to his vehicle on the 8th of November, he observed that someone had shot paint balls at his vehicle.
On that same day, Sgt. Picarelli observed a pick up truck also parked on Hemlock Street facing southbound at the corner of East Clay Avenue that had a blue paint ball impact marking on the driver’s side door. The owner of that vehicle stated that he last parked the vehicle at that location on November 6th at approximately 6 p.m. but did not notice the paint ball marking on his truck.
