On February 4, 2011 at 8:26 a.m., police responded to the 10 block of West Colfax Avenue on a report of an unwanted guest. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who stated she wanted James Cameron, age 62, of Roselle Park, out of her residence. The complainant stated that Mr. Cameron had drug paraphernalia in the residence and that he also smokes cocaine in the house. The complainant pointed out a plastic shopping bag which contained six (6) spoons with a white powdery residue, seven (7) glass pipes, and nine (9) glass vials containing a white powdery residue. The complainant stated those items belonged to Mr. Cameron. The officers went to the second floor of the residence and entered Mr. Cameron’s bedroom.
