Suspect Arrested In Connection With Delta Gas Station Robbery

A follow-up investigation by Detectives Robert Harms and Matthew Disano into the robbery of the Delta Gas Station located at 413 East Westfield Avenue resulted in charges against, Trevor Williams, Age 22, of Orange. Williams was charged with Robbery, Possession of a Handgun, Theft, and Criminal Mischief.
Williams was arrested by Elizabeth Police on January 8th after the vehicle reportedly involved in the robbery was located unoccupied in the street and found to be stolen. Surveillance was set up and when Williams arrived, Elizabeth Police moved in and made the arrest. The vehicle was suspected being used in committing robberies in Union and Essex counties.
Detectives from Union Township, Cranford, Roselle Park, Bellville, Orange, Jersey City, and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office assisted Elizabeth Police after the apprehension.
Williams is being held on $750,000 bail at the Union County jail in Elizabeth, with additional Bail set at $75,000 for Roselle Park Charges.
