Loud Noise Complaint Leads To Arrest thumbnail

Em março 19, 2011 a cerca 5:46 da manhã, Patrolman Richard Gaylord responded to the 200 block of Chestnut Street on a report of loud noise. Police approached the area and detected the strong odor of burning marijuana. They observed an open window and were able to hear the loud voice of a man speaking. Upon getting the attention of the man, he was advised of the complaint. An investigation led to the discovery of a large brown/green/blue ceramic bong, commonly used to ingest marijuana, that was still warm to the touch and a plastic vitamin container containing suspected marijuana.

O morador, Brennan Plis, idade 31 de Roselle Park, was placed under arrest and charged with 2C:35-10(uma)(4) (posse de maconha) and 2C:36-2 (posse de parafernália de drogas). He was released pending a Roselle Park Municipal Court date of March 31, 2011.
