On August 12th, Patrolmen Kevin Florczak and John Fitzgerald responded to Bender Avenue at East Clay Avenue for a report of an individual acting suspiciously near several parked cars. At the scene, Brandon Leath, age 25 of Roselle Park, was located. Mr. Leath was non-compliant, initially refusing the officer’s request that he produce identification.
