The Roselle Park Police Department (RPPD) stated this morning that Mr. Stephen D. Karlowicz of Roselle Park has been found.
He was recognized by a citizen who read the missing person coverage. Port Authority Police was notified and Mr. Karlowicz was located at a New York bus terminal.
He was in good health and reunited with family.
